In the Olyns app, tap “Find Olyns” to see nearby Cube locations. You’ll get both a map view and a list view.
We accept eligible plastic and aluminum beverage containers. We don’t accept crushed, bimetal or oversized containers.
No. Crushed containers may jam the Cube or confuse the AI, so we only accept whole, uncrushed containers.
On the app home screen, just tap " Cash Out". Your balance will go directly to PayPal using the same email you used to sign up for Olyns. No PayPal account yet? No problem - PayPal will guide you through setting up a personal account. Just make sure your PayPal email matches your Olyns account email.

The Cube uses AI to sort containers as you deposit them - plastic goes in one bin, aluminum in another. This keeps materials clean and ready to be recycled into new containers. No landfills, no oceans, no incinerators.
Often! Cubes are monitored remotely and get emptied as soon as they’re full - typically multiple times a day.
Yes! In the app, tap “Find Olyns” to check the status and fill levels for each location. You'll see a map view and a list view showing the fill levels for both plastic and aluminum so you know what’s available.
Nope. Our AI can’t recognize crushed containers, and they tend to jam up the system, so we only accept whole, uncrushed containers.
If you insert a crushed container, The Cube will detect this and show you the message: "That's Crushed Aluminum!" or "That's Crushed Plastic!". This is to let you know that the crushed container is not eligible for deposit as it might get jammed inside the Cube. Please deposit only uncrushed beverage containers with Olyns.
In the app, go to Menu > Account > Delete Account, and confirm. This will permanently delete your data. This action cannot be undone.
