Driver and Service Associate

We’re looking for a Local Delivery Driver & Cube Technician who loves hitting the road, tackling hands-on tasks, and making things work smoothly. Driving a 16-foot box truck, you’ll manage a daily route to service and maintain our Cubes, keeping them clean, functional, and ready to deliver the best recycling experience. It’s a job where every mile and every service call makes a difference in sustainability and innovation.

Every year 67 million tons of plastic is thrown away and never recycled. It’s landfilled, it’s incinerated and it pollutes our oceans. Why?

There are many reasons, but it all really boils down to one thing: The business model for recycling is broken. Everyone agrees that there’s a problem, but no one can agree on how to pay for the fix.

But consumers really care about the environment. In fact over the past few years, consumers have been putting their money where their mouth is. Sustainability marketed products have grown 7 times faster than regularly marketed ones. And although they still only account for 16% of the CPG market, they account for a massive 55% of its growth.

At Olyns, we’re creating a new paradigm for recycling by combining the act of recycling with the sustainability marketing. By leveraging what the Boston Consulting Group recently called the $100B opportunity in retail media, we’re providing value for all stakeholders:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating box trucks (16 feet or similar) preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn light maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a customer-service mindset.

Embark on a Mission

• Cruise your city in a 16-foot box truck, following a scheduled route to visit multiple Olyns Cube locations.
• Transport collected materials to designated recycling facilities – you’re not just driving, you’re powering a greener future.

Hands-On Maintenance

• Roll up your sleeves for light cleaning and upkeep of Cubes to keep them sparkling and running smoothly.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance, like replacing parts and ensuring all systems are operational.

Be the Pro

• Log your work with precision using our easy tools and tech, keeping everything running like clockwork.
• Flag any major issues to our tech team – you’re our eyes and ears on the ground.
